James Conlin was our RE agent and helped us sell a Watertown two family home that we inherited. It was in desperate need of many repairs and definitely a challenge. We recently bought a house through James. He is very knowledgeable of the area to include facilities surrounding the purchasing area and local house values. My wife and I were first time home buyers and James took the time to explain everything to us and even went as far as taking care of the selling agents responsibilities in order to get us into our house quicker. I have already recommended him to friends of ours who in turn, recommended him to there friends as well. James is straight forward about all the properties and if he doesn't know something about the property, he will get you an answer quickly.
