Sonia is incredible. We sold a house in NY while we were living in California and it was such a pleasant experience. My wife and I were so worried that things would be difficult being that we weren't there, but we were so wrong.

She made the whole process seamless. She showed up in the deep snow, freezing cold, and horrible roads for the smallest of things that needed attention. If it was just to let a technician in the house, or to be there while things were being fixed, she never once missed it. She was our set of eyes from 3000 miles away. We could not have done this without her.

From showings to closing, she never once left us feeling like we were unsure about what was happening. Just calling her on the phone and hearing her voice was enough to put us at ease. I cannot say enough good things about her. I only wish we had been this lucky each time we went through this process. Knowing how bad it can be really shows us how good it should be.
